The Two Palms Decision Center creates the structure you need to decide where to dine out, what house to buy, what job to accept.
How does it work? Simply add your decisions choices in the Choice column and your top priorities with the corresponding weights in the Priority column. For example, if you are deciding on whether to buy a house, you might add different neighborhoods to buy and may also add "Keep Renting" as one of your choices. Your Priorities may include housing costs (mortgage/insurance/taxes/maintenance), proximity to work, school districts, 3+ bedrooms, big yard etc. Once your priorities are added, assign relative importance to each priority using the Weight scale. Total weights across priorities must add up to 1. If you aren't a numbers person, just make sure you use all of the palms below. Once you have added your priorities with the appropriate weights, click on the button below to tally your score. It's as simple as that.
